Inventory quantities
Shopify's API does not expose them to backup apps. No app can restore these — anyone implying otherwise is worth a second look.
Data owned by other apps
Reviews, subscriptions, page builders and similar live in those apps' own systems.
Writing back themes and menus
Both are captured and downloadable, but StoreArk will not write them back automatically. Everything else on the covered list restores in place.
